5th Element Healing Spa practices ancient wisdom and time proven traditional healing, we seek to bring balance of mind, body, and spirit to you and the community. We take pride in our large variety of treatments and therapies, that offer unintrusive methods you can use in everyday life.

Our practice was established to provide the Central Florida community with healing touch for the whole family. Our goal is to help you to find and maintain balance in your body using modern techniques of the ancient practice of massage therapy. Modalities offered include deep tissue, Arvigo Maya Abdominal Technique, myofacial, shiatsu, aromatherapy and Thai Yoga massage. We also have therapists certified in pre and perinatal massage therapy and doula work. Together with childbirth education through Birthing From Within, we offer you support and care during the entire child bearing year.
