Training with 849 Crossfit & Olympic Weightlifting is challenging but heaps of fun. I look forward to training and love the feeling when the hour is up! I hated exercise and loved the couch. The improvement in both my strength and fitness has been amazing. In fact my entire family is now training with 849 Crossfit & Olympic Weightlifting. Being a dancer I thought I was fit, turns out this was not the case. I`m back dancing and have never been so fit!
