About us
891 Exchange is the culmination of a years-long effort to restore one of Boulder’s most iconic University Hill’s landmarks. A century ago, the building was designed and constructed as a fraternity across the street from CU President Norlin’s home.
Today, 891 Exchange sets a new standard for quality housing in the tranquil heart of University Hill’s residential district.
