9Round is a kickboxing circuit program that gives you a fun, full body workout in just 30 minutes! There are NO CLASS TIMES at 9Round-you can start ANYTIME, as a new round is every 3 minutes! We have a doctor moderated nutrition program that you’ll have full access to so that you know exactly what to eat to reach your goals. We are able to customize every workout to your body’s specific needs with our heart rate monitoring system so we can keep you in the fat burning zones, and the best part is: there’s a trainer with you every workout at no extra charge! Our members have access to Liberty, New Mark, Tiffany Springs, Parkville & Smithville locations.
