A-1 Parts Inc in Brookfield is not in any hurry to fix your machine, especialy if its not a big project. I was told that there were other more important machines in front of mine and that after a week they still haven't looked at it...was told maybe next week they could fit it in. If you can't do the job just say so, don't string people along. Word of mouth will destroy a business faster than anything. Final note...when I went into the business I certainly didn't feel welcome at all and had to take the machine off my truck by myself....great customer service....
