A Place To Go CLE provides trauma‑informed crisis stabilization, basic needs support, and hands‑on navigation for unhoused and housing‑insecure residents in Cleveland. We help community members secure IDs, benefits, transportation, and safe accompaniment while offering compassionate, dignity‑centered care. Our work focuses on meeting people in moments of crisis, restoring safety and agency, and supporting women and vulnerable residents as they move toward stability and connection.
