Great Service!!!We called A1 when our LG Dryer stopped heating. A tech came out the same day and told us the dryer needs a new heating kit. He gave us a fair estimate, put the part in and the dryer has been working fine since. Very professional and no hidden costs. We will use this company again.

My Miele Washer broke down and I called A1 after I searched on the net for a reliable company. I also called Miele and A1 was on their list of authorized servicers. The tech came out within the scheduled window, diagnosed the problem and told me what my options were. Apparently the washer needed a new computer board and the part was on back order for a month. Marcel (the tech) advised me that I can find on e-bay a better model refurbished Miele washer for the price of the repair on my old one and he would only charge me $97.00 to install it. I took his advice and he even helped me to find a store on e-bay. When my washer was delivered Marcel came back, removed my old washer and installed the new one. I am very happy with my experience with A1 and I am recommending them to everyone I know.

I called A1 Appliance Rescue when my LG washer broke down-the office staff was very friendly and informative and we scheduled service same day. The tech came out on time and after five min he told me what was wrong with the washer. He had the part on his truck and completed the repairs in no time. Very honest and professional.
