About us
Our staff has over 20 years of property management experience. Our property manager, Kimberly Bizzanelli, has managed her own properties since 1992, worked in the insurance industry for 3 years and therefore has a keen insight into liability issues as well as having the necessary experience vital to the proper care of rental units.
Our staff is bilingual, speaking Spanish as well as English, so that we can better serve the diverse population in California.
We are located at the corner of Sylvan and Oakdale in Modesto, CA.
