We had a great experience with A1 property services. After getting several estimates, we decided to go with A1 for the replacement of the roof on our home. This was not only because of price, but because of the owner’s honesty in telling us the real facts about warranties, etc. The owner (Geo) was very helpful and spent a great deal of time explaining everything to us. The price was also far below some other estimates we had gotten. The materials he used were all top of the line GAF products. Our lifetime warranty shingles came with a 20 year guarantee against winds up to 130 miles per hour. WOW. They even replaced the rotting fascia around the pool patio with a product called never-rot so we won’t have the same rotting problem again. The quality of the job was great. The roof looks terrific.
