Abbey's BBQ in Kearny Mesa, San Diego is Hands down the best BBQ in San Diego. Phil's? Pffffft. Phil WHO?!

If you're looking for good BBQ, this is it. The food is simply great. It's in a strip mall, so don't be expecting cloth tablecloths and sterling flatware. Abbey is there every day, and she works hard at making her customers happy. Both the service and food are consistently great.
