My goal is to educate buyers about different types of home loans that are available. There are so many myths about down payments. I like to let my clients know all of their options up front. As a former Realtor for over 20 years, I understand how important it is to provide the buyer with a pre-approval. Therefore, I also work Realtor hours to assist in getting my clients what they when they are ready to make an offer.

Commercial financing started my journey into the residential financing. After completing a financing school in New York, I wanted to expand my lending and start working with residential clients as well as commercial clients.
