My friend was into drugs in a bad way. She would go out to raves and other parties all the time. She would be a walking zombie for the next couple days and pretty much every weekend it was the same ol' thing all over again. Her parents actually talked to me to see if they could get her help. I had another friend that recommended ABTTC Drug and Alcohol Rehab Ventura. I told her parents about it and they checked her into rehab with a little convincing from me. It's been about a month since she's been out and we went to our first rave since she's been out. She didn't do any drugs and only had a few drinks. I was so proud of her. Ty ABTTC for helping my friend. Now I don't have to fear for her life whenever we go out.

Drinking problems run rampant in our family. I've already had an uncle that died before I was born while he was in college. My dad has always stayed away from his family because his father abused him and his siblings when he was drunk. When dad passed, my brother developed a drinking problem. He wouldn't show up to work and he became a recluse. I checked him into rehab and things seem to be going good. He has been in inpatient rehab and detox for about 10 days now and after a few conversations, I can tell he is getting back to his normal self.

This is my second time going into a rehab program and it will be my last. I have used drugs ever since I was about 15 years old. My parents enrolled me into a scared straight program when I was 17 years old. I hated the program. They disrespected the other kids there and treated us like less than humans. This really strained the relationship I had with my parents and I moved to California and used for 10 years on and off. After my dad passed, I knew I had to get cleaned up. I checked into rehab after the funeral at ABTTC and I was treated with respect. The counselors worked with me and asked how I could help them do a better job in helping myself and other patients. I've reconnected with my mother and I am actually going to help my brother run the family business back home. I wish my dad could see how far I've come.

I am glad to say that ABTTC Drug and Alcohol Rehab Ventura has saved my husband's and I relationship. He was a heavy drinker, to the point that he would spend the only money we had for food on alcohol. Many night, the kids and I would have to eat Cup of Noodles and any different potato dishes I could concoct just to get through to the next check just to repeat the cycle again the next month. After one confrontation I had with my husband he hit me. I threatened to leave with the kids and he then finally decided to get help. He got counselling and was about to enter the program under his work insurance. After the 3 month program, he has really cleaned up and he spends times with the kids and I more often. I feared that our 15 year marriage would end but now I am happier than ever.

They saved my daughter's life. I sent my 16 year old daughter to A Better Tomorrow in Ventura, and I thank God that I did. In the past year she went from a straight A student on the cheerleading squad to an expelled, depressed, suicidal drug abuser. The great staff at ABT took my daughter in and helped her change her life. It has been 6 months now since she has stopped using drugs, she is back in school and she is trying out again next week for the squad. Thank you so much for assisting me with financing and thank you so much for helping us get our lives back together. GOD BLESS YOU!

It was hard for me to realize that I was killing myself. My girlfriend and I used to smoke meth on a regular basis. We always thought nothing of it. After being busted from a raid, spending the night in jail, and seeing the future right in front of our eyes, you can say that we were scared straight. I thank god that we found A Better Tomorrow in Ventura before it was too late for either of us. I'll never go back to that life again.

Detox in Venture made me see everything in a new light. Coming from east Los Angeles, I can't be happier with my experience at this place. Heroin seemed to be my biggest friend. My family helped me to come to grips and I finally saw that it's time to change now. Thank you.

I'm done with using I can't fathom going back to a life of drugs. Seeing how it destroyed my life, I would be an idiot thinking I can have it both ways. No, I found a clean life and I intend to hold on to it as long as I can. Getting in touch with A Better Tomorrow Drug Rehab clearly gave me a life I never thought I'll have again. Thank you!
