essica is a licensed clinical therapist who specializes in working with children and adolescents. She has been working with children, adolescents, and parents since 2008. She has a strong passion for helping children and their families feel better at home and in social and school settings. She understands that depression, anxiety, and behavioral problems hinder reaching one’s full potential. Jessica understands that having a caring, motivated support system is the first step in feeling better and moving forward. Tailored Treatment for Your Goals Every client has different goals for treatment. Jessica implements a unique combination of strategies to help you in a time-efficient manner. She uses the most recent evidence-based treatment approaches for children and adolescents. Often times, Jessica incorporates creative approaches and gives take-home assignments/worksheets to continue practicing the skills outside of her office.
