Active Home Health, Hospice & Personal Care was created with the goal of improving the standard of patient care in the home setting and actively serving those we care for in their journey through life. The ownership consists of local registered nurses and healthcare administrators that recognized a need in the community and wanted to make a positive impact on patient care. Although there are many home health, hospice, and personal care companies in Utah, we raise the home health bar.
