About us
Acupuncture by Sue offers a holistic combination of conventional care and traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) to adults living and working in New York City’s Queens borough and the surrounding area. Acupuncture and TCM specialist Sue Du, LAc, MS, is passionate about using her skills to help people regain health and enjoy increased well-being.
Sue has a master’s degree in Chinese medicine and completed her clinical student internship at the New York College of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Mineola, New York. She attended the Yang Institute of Integrative Medicine for her acupuncturist qualification and has dual licenses in New York and Pennsylvania.
Sue is well-known for going the extra mile for her patients and developing productive relationships with them based on trust and respect. Sue has personally experienced the power of acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicines and hopes to share the benefits with her patients.
At Acupuncture by Sue, she helps people affected by conditions ranging from depression, anxiety, attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) to low back and neck pain, sports injuries, and frozen shoulder.
Sue has considerable expertise in reducing insomnia and offers comprehensive pain management for patients with long-term musculoskeletal disorders. She delivers exceptionally high-quality care, and her greatest reward is bringing joy to patients’ lives by helping to heal their mental or physical pain.
