Adams Physical Therapy Services – Portland is located at 111 W. North Street, Portland, IN 47371, serving Portland and nearby communities including Winchester, Richmond, and surrounding counties. Our licensed therapists provide one-on-one, evidence-based care for orthopedic and neurological conditions across all ages. Services include manual therapy, dry needling, gait and balance training, diagnostic testing (musculoskeletal ultrasound, EMG, nerve conduction), ergonomic evaluations, therapeutic exercise, and injury prevention.
