I believe in an integrated approach--not every issue is a nail, and we will search through the toolbox together for the right tool. Not every client benefits from homework and worksheets.
Ultimately the therapeutic relationship we build as we explore your experience is the curative factor. My role is that of a trusted helper and supporter, who will call you out when needed or point out patterns that you have grown beyond. I believe that you are the expert in your own life and that you have all the tools necessary to overcome any obstacle.
I have both professional and personal experience with a variety of individuals all across the gender and sexuality spectrums.
