It is best to have ADT in your homes to make your loved ones safe all day. I made the right choice of getting ADT products. I'm paying not much but I am getting the serivce I truly deserve. I can't ask for more from this company.

This is a greedy company with terrible customer service. In the door they went up $2-$4 dollars on your monthly bill and the rep told me I was lucky as if they are the company that exist. Be- ware they lock your alarm units so that no other company can monitor them.

I have used ADT for years for my home and recently set up an account for my business. All in all it was a pretty positive experience and the price was very competitive. The difference betweenthe home and business installation and setup was minimal, and I would have expected a slightly more polished approach to a commercial account, but the truth is that the systems are pretty similar. I will continue using ADT and appreciate their service.
