Every time you hear about home alarms you immediately think of ADT. Why? Because they are the largest, most well respect monitored alarm service in the industry. The company and its staff’s record is impeccable and that is because they have proven continuously that if a burglary occurs that there is a live person their to immediately be certain the police is notified and on their way to protect you and your loved ones.

Lies!!! When you have the service installed that is the date that the money is taken out. Or that is what they say. Actually what happens is they take it out when they want to during the month. If you try and change the date you are not allowed. Which is not what you think you are signing up for. Make sure you READ READ READ the contract.

We moved into an apartment that already had an ADT alarm. When the technician came out to reactivate the system, he only had to make minor adjustments to the positions of certain sensors even though the system had been dormant for 5 years (the tenant before us hadn't used it). I was really impressed that the system was still in great shape even so many years later!

Wonderful professional service. The technician was quick and efficient in installing our new alarm and he didn't leave until I felt I knew how to operate it. He also said if I ever felt I needed help with operating it I just had to call and he would come.
