We have had our unit for 3.5 years now. The A/C portion of the unit has NEVER functioned properly and we have been in constant contact with the owner of the company to try to resolve the problem. They always put a Band-Aid on it and have basically told us that they will not replace the unit (even though it is still under warranty) and that we are crazy and they are done working with us. I guess a court case is the only way that this company will actually provide what they are contractually obligated to provide. I hope that they will eventually go out of business so that no one gets ripped off by their incapable and totally rude owner.
