About Aegean Consulting Group Well, Marcus replied “I can’t do therapy with your company but I can utilize my skillset to help improve the flow and implementation of communication (employee feedback) in a business.” This conversation was brought up to colleague and co-founder Johnny Murphy, where the two reflected on the issues facing their clients in leadership and employee positions. Burnout coupled with COVID-19 was on the rise and it seemed clear that now, more than ever, companies needed help connecting with their employee’s needs and experiences.
