Aegis OTP locations provide Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT), which involves the prescription of a longer-acting opioid, such as methadone or buprenorphine (Suboxone), in combination with counseling and behavioral therapies, to provide a “whole-patient” approach to the treatment of substance use disorders.
