AFC Urgent Care Ballantyne is located just down from the corner of Lancaster Hwy and Ardrey Kell Rd. across from Elon Elementary School. No appointments are needed, and we treat everything from cuts and bruises to fractures and colds and everything in between.
AFC has on-site lab tests, x-rays and procedure rooms for sutures and hydration IV's with no appointments needed. We're a state-of-the-art urgent care center with professional medical staff on-site every day.
