No appointments are needed at AFC Urgent Care South Charlotte. Located On the North Corner of Johnston Road Plaza, in front of Food Lion Grocery Store. AFC Urgent Care treats everything from cuts and bruises to fractures and colds and everything in between.
We have on-site lab tests, x-rays and procedure room for sutures and hydration IV's with no appointments needed. We're a state-of-the-art urgent care center with professional medical staff on-site every day.
