About us
AFC Urgent Care Thornton is located in the heart of Thornton, CO. Upon entering our bright, clean, spacious reception area, you will be greeted by our friendly staff. They will be happy to answer any questions you may have, and should you wish to be seen by one of our board-certified providers, you will then be asked you for a photo ID and a health insurance card for insurance verification purposes. You will then be required to fill out a brief registration form, if you haven’t previously done so.
