Certified physician assistant Dominic Sorrentino Jr., PA-C, is an anti-aging specialist and practitioner who established Affinity Wellness 4 Life in Bradenton, Florida, almost two decades ago. He and his team offer highly effective health, wellness, aesthetic, and weight loss services with high patient satisfaction. He specializes in alternative and integrative medicine.
Sorrentino was born and raised in Buffalo, New York. He received his bachelor’s degree in biology from the University at Buffalo and Daemen College in Amherst, New York. He went on to complete physician assistant program with honors and became licensed as a PA-C in Florida in 2001.
