Bill of Rights. 1) The right to speak to a person in the method you feel most comfortable. If you call AFM Plumbers you will speak to a live person and not a machine or answering service. You can open a chat line or send an email straight from our website. This email can include a mention of the problem and a time that works for you. 2) The right to set an appointment at the time that works best for your schedule. Between work, school, soccer games and life it is impossible to ask someone to wait half a day to come work on Your house. We will set the time you want. We will contact you the day of the appointment and we will call you prior to leaving our last job to give you time to get prepared. 3) The right to know the person entering your house has had a through background and drug screening. We make sure the trained technician is safe and reliable before we let them enter your home or business. 4) The right to expect our plumber to leave your home as clean and neat after he's finished with your work as when he arrived. Often times it is even cleaner then when we arrived. Sometimes plumbing is a messy business. We get called when things are going Wrong. The last thing on your mind should be “ Great… he has left and I am stuck with the mess”. Not so with AFM Plumbers 5) The right to know the cost of the job before we start. AFM Plumbers knows money is tight so we won't try to sell you on service you don't need. We will provide you our up-front pricing. We may provide a few other options that may solve your issue. AFM Plumbers believes the more choices the better. 6) The right to know what we install will work as promised. We will solve your plumbing problem to your satisfaction or we will redo the job for Free!
