Agora House For Men & Women in Gainesville is a terrible and unprofessionally operated business. There is a different set of managers than the ones who founded this business currently operating the daily actions. This place is not a healthy environment to try to get clean. It is actually a brutal and savage place from my horrible experience of residing in this place for several excruciating months. They have no real world experience in the recovery business. Just ask to see the onsite operators certifications and degrees. Ask to see the permits and licenses for the residence in which you will serve your sentence. Ask a lot of questions because I was naive and thought that because my court approved these unscrupulous operators, it would be a legitimate residential treatment center. This is no more than a glorified boarding house way out of town that makes the boarders attend daily meetings at the local church for mandatory daily 12-step AA meetings. You get no legitimate...
