I recently purchased a home and wanted to have a preventative maintenance tune up done on the furnace. I looked online and found a company in the area that promised world class service and in December I called Aire Serv of Delmar to make an appointment. It was scheduled for Thursday January 2nd between 10am and noon. A couple days later I received a message from them saying that they were busy and would like to reschedule my appointment to Monday January 6th between 10am and noon. Although this meant I would need to miss a day of work (at my expense) I did so. At 12:30 pm, when no one had arrived or called I called the company. After being on hold for 15 minutes, I was told they had me on the schedule and didn't know where the service man was but said they would call me right back. Two hours later, I called again.
