This Identity and Access Management (IAM) solution contains a host of features like single sign-on (SSO), password policy enforcement, IP-based and device-based restrictions, and multi-factor authentication to provide a comprehensive cloud management solution. Additionally, Akku also provides DNS filtering features including Youtube filtering, website filtering, and personal email blocking.

Through Akku's dedicated support team, Akku can be deployed without the need for a third-party system integrator. Identity Management & Single Sign-on
Akku’s identity management functionality enables administrators to manage all user-related accounts and permissions from a single customized dashboard. Akku also acts as an Identity Provider (IdP), and provides a single point access to users across these multiple applications.

IP & Device-Based Restrictions
To prevent unauthorized access to sensitive data, Akku’s customized SAML API restricts the access of a company’s applications to only whitelisted IP addresses and approved devices. Through a certificate-based authentication architecture, administrators are also able to instantly revoke access to users, in case of suspicious activity.

Password Policy Enforcement
Akku provides a feature to set up and implement a password policy to be mandatorily followed by all users, ensuring that passwords are stronger and the company’s data is safer.

Multi-factor Authentication
Multi-factor authentication is an additional layer of protection to ensure strong protection for sensitive data, as it requires users to re-validate their identity through a one-time password, fingerprint or retina scanner, a Yubikey and so on.

YouTube Filtering
Akku’s web proxy can enable restricted access to only relevant videos based on Channel ID and Category. This also reduces the load on the internet bandwidth of the enterprise.
