Ala Carte Property Management in Medford is by far the most unprofessional. As a tenant my property was entered with out any notice. I felt my privacy was violated. The owner is rude an unprofessional, the properties are poorly cared for, and upon review no evidence of a background check ever preformed on me was to be found! That means ala carte could be renting the unit next door to sex offenders and they wouldn't even know it!! Don't risk it. Don't rent from ala carte!
