Dr. Smiy is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine physician with Fort Loudon Primary Care in Lenoir City, TN. He enjoys educating patients about their individual medical conditions to help them understand how they can best take charge of improving their overall health. In his spare time, Dr. Smiy enjoys time with family, reading, gourmet cooking, music, landscaping, gardening, boating, swimming, and travel.
