About Albany Comprehensive Treatment Center in Albany, OR Albany Comprehensive Treatment Center (CTC) offers outpatient treatment for adults age 18 and older of all genders who are struggling with opioid use disorder. The center, which is located in Albany, Oregon, provides medication-assisted treatment (MAT).Medication-assisted treatment incorporates prescription medication and therapy to help patients establish a strong foundation for opioid addiction recovery. In the decades since MAT was first offered at methadone clinics in the United States, considerable research has documented its safety and effectiveness when provided by experienced professionals at an approved treatment center.
