Aleksandra (Ola) Swan, MSN, NP-C, PMHNP-BC is a dual-board certified Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) who provides psychiatric care to adults 18 and older via HIPPA-secured telehealth. She utilizes a holistic, patient-centered approach to empower individuals to take an active role in their mental health to achieve their mental health goals. Through active collaboration, Aleksandra partners with patients to personalize their care. She offers comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and brief talk therapy.
