About us
Dr. Alex C. Vaclavik is an ob-gyn doctor at the West End location of Virginia Women's Center. Dr. Vaclavik earned his bachelor’s degree in biology from The Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C. and his medical degree from Creighton University School of Medicine in Omaha, Nebraska. He returned to Washington, D.C. to complete his residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Georgetown University Hospital, where he was awarded the Mother of Pearl Teaching Award. Following his residency, Dr. Vaclavik stayed at Georgetown and joined the faculty OB-GYN practice.
