Dr. Alexa N. Lean is a board-certified UCI Health anesthesiologist who specializes in anesthesiology and pain medicine.
She earned her medical degree at the George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences in Washington, D.C. She completed a residency in anesthesiology at the University of Washington in Seattle, followed by a fellowship in pain management at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA.
