About us
Alexander Fardman, MD, is a University of Florida associate professor of medicine and a cardiologist at UF Health Jacksonville specializing in heart failure, cardiomyopathies and advanced therapies, such as LVADs (left ventricular assist devices) and heart transplantation. He completed his medical training in Israel and advanced fellowships in heart failure and mechanical circulatory support in University Hospital Zurich, Switzerland, and German Heart Center Charité University Hospital, Berlin, Germany. Before joining University of Florida, Dr Fardman led Israel's largest LVAD program at Sheba Medical Center. He is dedicated to providing compassionate, individualized care for patients with all stages of heart failure.
