About us
Ali Whitten, PA, is a family medicine provider at Prisma Health in Greenville and Travelers Rest, South Carolina. She completed her bachelor's degree in biology at the College of Charleston, and after working for a few years in the pharmaceutical industry decided to change careers and become a physician assistant (PA). She attended the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston and received her master's degree in physician assistant studies in 2013. She has since returned to the Upstate, where she was raised, working at Prisma Health Family Medicine. In her work she enjoys diabetes care, focusing on preventive health and women's health services. She stays active in the state and national PA associations as a delegate, helping make policy for PAs.
