About us
All American CrossFit was started in 2018 by two Army Veterans who bonded over their love for an amazing workout. CrossFit provided the experience, the community, and the training to push us to be our absolute best, and we want to share that with you. We strive to create a comprehensive path for members to develop into competitive athletes through intentional exercise, nutrition, and recovery programs in an extremely fun and high-intensity training environment.
