About Us We are a locally owned company who has been in business since 2004, and all our technicians have over 12 years experience. Costumer Satisfaction is our number one goal!! Our technicians are constantly trained and send to training seminars to advance their knowledge in the new appliances made by different manufacturers. This is very important in this line of work, due the fact that we live in a very fast pace world that is constantly coming up with newer technology. I panicked since I was suppose to feed about 12 people and called american repair company. We had a technician in front of our door within 45min. He was great, fixed our oven and explained to me what precautions to take next time I clean my oven. Don't waste your time calling around, they are the best and have VERY reasonable prices. We have had a few appliances repaired by them, they are very knowledgeable, and have the best repair prices. At one point we had a Subzero that stopped cooling and a washer that wouldn't spin. Ric fixed both in the same day and we were very pleased with the price. Thank you! Dough Moore (W.Lake) We have used All American Appliance to fix both our air conditioner and our dishwasher. They responded quickly to both our calls and showed up promptly which is especially important in the summer when your ac is not working properly. They were able to identify the problems quickly and give us a reasonable estimate. The repairs were done efficiently and everything checked to make sure it was working before they left.
