Richard Kuper may know his field well but he was not upfront with me. I scheduled an appointment with him so he could help train my dog when it came to walks etc etc. So he came over with the intention that I wanted to enroll in his actual obedience program. In fact, I only wanted 1 lesson. More particularly, I wanted him to show me the proper way to walk my dog and work on a few of his problems outside that he has. So when Richard came over I told him I only wanted 1 lesson and not the actual $800 program. He seemed disappointed but then again he should have told me his intentions on the phone before coming over. He finally agreed to one lesson. So he took my dog outside and I wanted to go with them but his exact words were let me go alone and see what his kinks are. I figured, ok fine. He ended up taking my dog for a 30 min walk and he finally came back to the house and was ready to leave. So essentially, I paid this man $86 to walk my dog, something I could have done myself. He refused to tell me or show me what he did and simply said if you opt for the program I will deduct this from the amount. Well Richard, what if I dont want to opt for the program? Does that mean I have to pay you $86 to essentially walk my dog? You were of no help and this was the biggest mistake I EVER made. I recommend Canine Cadets...Tim Bradley was FAR more helpful and did not cheat me.
