This was the worst Dental Office I have ever been to.
Rude, very unprofessional staff.
My 1st visit was for just a cleaning. I have always taken care of my teeth.
They told me I needed to have wisdom teeth removed, that I ve had for 50 yrs & never had any problems with them. Also that I should have crowns put in and filings replaced.
The front desk staff came across very cold & not friendly at all. The dental hygienist was very nice.
When I was leaving they never offered to set up a 6 month cleaning appointment.
Very strange, but I did receive one in the mail 6 months later.
My 2nd visit for a cleaning, I waited 1 yr, for me that is very unusual.
Thought I d give them another try, benefit of the doubt, maybe it was an off day for them on my 1st visit.
On my way I ran into a traffic jam & detour. I was running 15 min. early & only 5 min. away, but decided to call the Dental Office anyway as a courtesy just in case...
