We utilize liquid treatments instead of fumigation for drywood termites which has an excellent residual base, is much safer than fumigation and the cost is much less for a treatment which is warrantied for one year from date of treatment and can be renewed each year. The drywood treatment consists of spraying exposed raw wood in the attic, a favorite place for them to flousish, drilling under windows and injecting termicide (3/16th inch bit) and patching the small holes and foaming all window sills with Premise foam which will soak into any crack or entry point where swarmers can enter a wall. You, the client, donot have to leave your home during our treatment-we are deadly to termites, not people or pets! We retreat all hot spot areas as a courtesy to our clients during their yearly renewal at no charge. Subterreanean termites are treated by utilizing a rod system under pressure to force the termicide down below the footer of the structure that we are treating.
