$180 to replace a $20 part, then guy doesn't reassemble the washing machine correctly so it's making a rattling noise. Called to ask him to come back and finish the job and was told they'd call back after noon to see if they be by Friday afternoon. Never called until 4 and said they'd be out Monday between 12 and 5. So I'm supposed to blow another half day waiting for them to fix what they should have the first time. Lousy customer service
