About us
Alliance Performance is more than a gym; we’re a community of athletes, members, and trainers dedicated to helping you grow and succeed. Based in Fair Lawn, NJ, we offer group fitness classes, personal training, small group training, athletic performance training, and youth athletic programs for all ages and skill levels.
Every one of our fitness coaches brings high energy, real attention to detail, and the ability to meet athletes where they are and then push them past it. The workouts are progressive, the environment is welcoming, and the coaching is intentional, from youth athletes to adults.
