About us
Dr. Allison Chapman, OD, is a comprehensive optometrist at Clarkson Eyecare in Lakeland, FL. She earned her Bachelor’s in Biology from the University of Florida in 2014 and her Doctor of Optometry from Pennsylvania College of Optometry in 2018, graduating with honors and receiving awards for clinical excellence. Dr. Chapman’s memorable experience includes a mission trip to Haiti providing eye care. She has practiced in Polk County since 2018, serving Lakeland and nearby areas. Born and raised in Valrico, FL, she serves her local community and sits on the Lake Region Optometric Association board. Outside work, she enjoys time with family and friends by the water or reading.
