Allison-McCloskey Escrow Company has been in the escrow business exclusively, at the same two locations and under the same ownership since 1946. We hold the oldest Independent Escrow Company License in the State of California, and have handled thousands of escrows involving many hundreds of millions of dollars, and are privileged to serve the escrow needs of thousands of repeat customers. Our company holds Department of Corporations License No. 963 0010.
