I used to work night shifts before and one early morning I went home after work and discovered a puddle of water under my fridge. I immediately checked the contents inside to see if I can still salvage some food inside. I quickly scan the net for repair services to get my fridge fixed right away. I was lucky that I came across their site and immediately dialed their number. I got a quick response from them and the service guy came around 10am which was within the time window that their operator had told me. He opened up my fridge and found the problem quickly. He told me what he was planning to do to resolve the leak and in less than an hour, the problem was gone. He did a fast and awesome job and I was able to save some of the food that was recently inside the fridge.
