About us
Alpine Fireside Health Center is a locally owned skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility serving Rockford, IL since 1973. With a 5-star CMS rating and 2025 AHCA Bronze Quality Award, we provide exceptional post-acute care and long-term support.
Our comprehensive services include 24/7 skilled nursing, physical/occupational/speech therapy through HealthPRO Heritage, post-surgical rehabilitation, cardiac and pulmonary programs, IV therapy, and specialized memory care for dementia and Alzheimer's patients.
