About us
Born and raised outside of Boston, Massachusetts, Alyssa brings more than a decade’s worth of nursing experience to Lakewood Family Health. An athlete at heart, she played Division 1 lacrosse at Fairfield University in Fairfield, Connecticut, where she graduated with a degree in Nursing. Alyssa has worked as a Registered Nurse at some of the most well-respected healthcare institutions in the entire country. These include Johns Hopkins Hospital, Massachusetts General Hospital, Northwestern Memorial Hospital, and Baylor University Medical Center. The majority of her experience was spent as an RN in the cardiac surgical intensive care unit.
More recently, she decided to continue her studies and began graduate school.
